We’re excited to welcome Nicole Hall to our team of consultants! Nicole brings eight years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, as well as two years of experience as an Event Planner. With a strong background in donor relations, annual support, event planning, fiscal diversification, grant writing, and marketing strategies, Nicole is well-equipped to drive meaningful change for the nonprofit clients we partner with. Nicole holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and is also skilled in public speaking, budget management, and board development.
“As a Fundraising Professional, my philosophy has always been to be ethical and transparent with stakeholders,” shares Nicole. “This establishes trust, which inspires them to support the nonprofit’s mission and make real change in their community. My approach to fundraising is to remain mission-driven and focus on fiscal sustainability, and I look forward to continuing these strategies to help area nonprofits through my work at Crescendo!”
Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as spending time outside, whether it be hiking, skiing, disc golfing, or canoeing. She also loves Thai and Indian food, live music, and board games!
