Crescendo Fundraising Professionals, LLC is a consulting firm which specializes in capital campaigns for non-profits and municipalities. Our skills are directly suited to organizations which have never before instituted a campaign for new construction or renovation. We ascertain the feasibility of reaching a specific goal, identify the strategy toward reaching the goal and implement all the steps until the goal is reached. The campaign readiness study, pre-campaign and campaign generally takes about one year from start to finish. Pledges are usually remitted over three years. Consulting fees are typically added to the amount to be fundraised which reimburses the organization or municipality back over the pledge remittance cycle.

  • Phase I - Campaign Readiness Study – 12 weeks

  • Phase II – Pre-Campaign elements established – 4 to 5 months

  • Phase III – Campaign, solicitation stage, launch and meet pledge goal 5 to 6 months
