Why Crescendo?

The importance of hiring a tested, trusted team.

What We Do

Crescendo Fundraising Professionals, LLC is a consulting firm which specializes in capital campaigns for non-profits and municipalities. Our skills are directly suited to organizations which have never before instituted a campaign for new construction or renovation. We ascertain the feasibility of reaching a specific goal, identify the strategy toward reaching the goal and implement all the steps until the goal is reached. The campaign readiness study, pre-campaign and campaign generally takes about one year from start to finish. Pledges are usually remitted over three years. Consulting fees are typically added to the amount to be fundraised which reimburses the organization or municipality back over the pledge remittance cycle.

  • Phase I - Campaign Readiness Study – 12 weeks

  • Phase II – Pre-Campaign elements established – 4 to 5 months

  • Phase III – Campaign, solicitation stage, launch and meet pledge goal 5 to 6 months

Why We Do It

Today’s communities must provide attractive quality of life benefits to retain residents and attract new ones. And non-profit organizations provide programs and facilities to support our human needs for social, recreational, educational and physical health. Beyond the positive human impact, programs and facilities make our communities attractive places to live and work, helping us improve our quality of life and increase communities from an economic development perspective.

A fundraising campaign for a municipal facility has different parameters than a typical campaign for a not-for-profit organization. Ensure the consultants you choose have experience in this space.

Crescendo Fundraising Professionals, LLC, has been reaching campaign goals for more than 21 years in this public-private fundraising arena. Call our experienced team today for a free consultation of your unique needs.
